Have you ever walked into a room and instantly felt peaceful around someone or instantly drained around someone else? We call it intuition, we call it vibe, we call it energy, but it is all frequency.

Every human being emits a kind of emotional frequency. It is a blend of mindset, healing, spirituality, wounds, emotional patterns, and inner peace. And here is the truth: you do not attract what you want, you attract what you are.

That is why your circle changes when your mindset changes. That is why certain people no longer fit into your life when you start healing. And that is why people who do not have inner peace are often drawn to people who do.

Your emotional frequency is real, and people feel it instantly. Everyone carries an invisible atmosphere. Some people carry calm. Some carry chaos. Some carry confidence. Some carry desperation. You feel it when someone walks into the room, and others feel it when you walk in too. When your inner world shifts, your spiritual life, your self-worth, your habits, your identity, your outer world shifts with it. People who match your frequency feel like home. People who do not match it either drift away or try to pull you down to their level.

This is where spirituality becomes important. Healing can raise your frequency. Emotional work can raise your frequency. But there is a level of elevation that human effort alone cannot create. Spiritual alignment creates a higher frequency than anything else. When you are close to God, however you understand Him, your internal atmosphere changes. You carry a peace that does not depend on circumstances. You carry a clarity that comes from a higher source. Your heart feels anchored in something bigger than you are. Your frequency becomes elevated because you are aligned with something divine.

When you walk with spiritual alignment, you do not just feel different. You emit different. Your smile changes. Your eyes change. Your presence changes. Your energy becomes lighter, calmer, more grounded, and more powerful. People often cannot explain it, but they can feel it. They feel a sense of peace around you. They feel safe around you. They feel that your spirit is steady and your heart is open. They may even tell you that there is something about you that feels different. What they are feeling is your spiritual frequency. They are feeling the peace of God that rests on you.

This is also why people who are emotionally or spiritually empty often seek out those who are spiritually full. Energy vampires are drawn to spiritual people first because spiritual people carry light, peace, and emotional stability. People who cannot generate their own peace often try to borrow it from those who have it. Most of the time these individuals are not evil. Many of them are simply hurting, disconnected, or overwhelmed. But the effect is the same. They drain your energy. You pour into them. They take and you shrink. They feel alive around your light, but you feel exhausted around their need.

Your spirit lifts them higher, but their wounds pull you lower. This is why emotional and spiritual boundaries matter. They protect your frequency. They protect your peace. They protect your connection to God. Spiritual frequency does not require isolation. It requires awareness. It requires discernment. It requires understanding the energy exchange happening in every relationship.

Ask yourself thoughtful questions. After interacting with this person, do I feel lifted or drained. Does this person feed my spirit or drain my peace. Do I feel expanded or do I feel smaller. Am I helping this person grow or are they consuming my energy. Does this connection bring me closer to God or closer to chaos. Your frequency is sacred. Your peace is spiritual. Protecting it is part of stewardship.

As your frequency rises your entire circle will change. Some people will be drawn to your light. Some will be intimidated by it. Some will drift away because your growth exposes their stagnation. Some will cling harder because they are afraid to lose the source of peace they depend on. And a few will rise with you because they are meant for your next chapter.

Your energy becomes the filter. Your spirit becomes the boundary. Your peace becomes the magnet. And the people meant for your life will match the frequency God is raising you to. That is what spiritual elevation feels like. That is what alignment with God looks like. That is what it means to live at a higher frequency.

Alguna vez has entrado en un lugar y de inmediato sentiste paz con alguien, o por el contrario, sentiste un cansancio o tensión instantánea. A eso lo llamamos intuición, vibra o energía, pero en realidad es frecuencia.

Cada ser humano emite una frecuencia emocional. Es una mezcla de mentalidad, heridas, sanación, espiritualidad, patrones emocionales y paz interior. Y aquí está la verdad: no atraes lo que quieres, atraes lo que eres.

Por eso tu círculo cambia cuando cambia tu mentalidad. Por eso ciertas personas dejan de encajar en tu vida cuando empiezas a sanar. Y por eso las personas que no tienen paz interior a menudo se sienten atraídas por quienes sí la tienen.

Tu frecuencia emocional es real y la gente la percibe inmediatamente. Todos cargamos una atmósfera invisible. Algunas personas cargan calma. Otras cargan caos. Algunas transmiten confianza. Otras transmiten desesperación. Lo sientes cuando alguien entra al cuarto y los demás lo sienten cuando tú entras también. Cuando tu mundo interior cambia, cuando tu vida espiritual cambia, cuando tu valor propio cambia, tu mundo exterior cambia con ello. Las personas que coinciden con tu frecuencia se sienten como hogar. Las que no, se alejan o intentan jalarte hacia abajo.

Aquí es donde entra la espiritualidad. La sanación puede elevar tu frecuencia. El trabajo emocional puede elevar tu frecuencia. Pero hay un nivel de elevación que el esfuerzo humano no puede crear por sí solo. La alineación espiritual eleva tu frecuencia por encima de cualquier cosa natural. Tener una frecuencia espiritual elevada no requiere aislamiento. Requiere conciencia. Requiere discernimiento. Requiere entender el intercambio de energía que sucede en cada relación.

Hazte preguntas sinceras. Después de hablar con esta persona, ¿me siento levantado o drenado? ¿Esta persona alimenta mi espíritu o roba mi paz? ¿Me siento más grande o más pequeño? ¿Estoy ayudando a esta persona a crecer o esta persona está consumiendo mi energía? ¿Esta conexión me acerca a Dios o me acerca al desorden interior? Tu frecuencia es sagrada. Tu paz es espiritual. Protegerlas es parte de cuidar lo que Dios te dio.

Cuando tu frecuencia se eleva, tu círculo entero cambia. Algunos se sentirán atraídos por tu luz. Otros se sentirán intimidados por ella. Algunos se alejarán porque tu crecimiento expone su estancamiento. Otros se aferrarán porque temen perder la fuente de paz a la que se acostumbraron. Y unos pocos crecerán contigo porque están destinados a formar parte de tu siguiente capítulo.

Tu energía se convierte en el filtro. Tu espíritu se convierte en el límite. Tu paz se convierte en el imán. One of the most sacred symbols in scripture is the olive tree.  The Lord chose this tree intentionally. It is hardy, it is enduring, and under the loving hand of the Master of the vineyard, it becomes a source of nourishment, healing, and light. the olive tree becomes a portrait of our soul. It reveals how God works with His children, how He shapes them, how He refuses to abandon them, and how He labors endlessly for their growth.

In the Book of Mormon, the olive tree becomes more than a plant. It becomes a mirror, revealing what happens to a soul that chooses Christ — and what happens to one that drifts from Him.

 Ancient olive trees only bear good fruit when they are pruned, nourished, and cared for with great patience. Left alone, the branches grow wild, the fruit becomes sparse, and the tree slowly shifts from purposeful cultivation to tangled, confused growth. 

In our discipleship, we too can become like olive trees. Christ, the Master of the vineyard, continually invites us to yield ourselves to His pruning — His gentle corrections, His invitations to repent, His reshaping of our desires. These moments do not come to break us, but to preserve us. C. S. Lewis once wrote, “We are not merely imperfect creatures who must be improved; we are rebels who must lay down our arms.” That laying-down is the pruning. It is the moment when God asks us to surrender the habits, fears, and sins that make us grow wild so that He can transform us into something capable of bearing the fruit of heaven.

There is significance in the fact that olive trees take years to become fully productive. They require disciplined pruning, careful cultivation, sunlight, water, and attention. Likewise, our spiritual fruit is not produced in a moment. It comes through small, daily choices. Quiet scripture study. Prayer offered when our heart feels dry. Honest repentance. A willingness to forgive. The slow, persistent turning of the heart toward God until Christ becomes not just the source of our beliefs but the source of our nature. Lewis taught, “The goal toward which He is beginning to guide you is absolute perfection, and no power in the whole universe, except you yourself, can prevent Him from taking you to that goal.” God is patient. He is persistent. And He is committed to growing us into something glorious, even when the process feels stretching.

There is a profound truth in C. S. Lewis’s statement that “no power in the whole universe, except you yourself, can prevent Him from taking you to that goal.” This means that God’s commitment to your growth is stronger than any opposition you will ever face. No sin is too dark, no wound is too deep, no past is too tangled, no weakness is too persistent, and no circumstance is too overwhelming for Him to overcome. Not hell, not devils, not discouragement, not betrayal, not heartbreak, not addiction, not fear. None of these can stop the work God desires to do in your soul. The only thing that can hold Him back is your refusal to let Him in. The only barrier to your divine development is your agency. God will prune, nourish, graft, refine, and rebuild you into the being He sees in you. But He will never force fruit where the branch will not yield. He will never violate your will. In the allegory of the olive tree, the branches that bore fruit were the branches that allowed the Master to work. And the branches that resisted became wild and barren. The message is unmistakable. Heaven is all in, completely invested in your transformation. The determining factor is not God’s willingness, but your willingness. The Almighty respects your agency so completely that the only thing capable of stopping infinite power from exalting you is your own decision to walk away. But the moment you turn, even slightly, even imperfectly, even with trembling faith, His full power rushes to meet you. His work in you accelerates. You begin to change. You begin to bear fruit. And you discover that the greatest miracle of the gospel is not that God can transform you, but that He is determined to — as long as you let Him.

The interesting thing about an olive tree is that the most productive branches are often the ones deliberately cut back. A branch that is never trimmed becomes long, leafy, and impressive to look at, but it bears little fruit. A life without divine correction looks comfortable but produces nothing eternal. A life willing to be shaped by God may, at times, feel exposed or challenged, but it becomes deeply rooted, steady, and abundantly fruitful. When the Lord prunes us through trials, calls us to repentance, or redirects our course, it is not rejection. It is investment. It is His way of preparing us to carry spiritual strength we could not bear otherwise.

C. S. Lewis captured this beautifully: “Imagine yourself as a living house. God comes in to rebuild that house… You thought you were going to be made into a decent little cottage, but He is building a palace.” Pruning is palace-building. It is God shaping us into something far beyond what we would design for ourselves. It is His way of helping us produce the fruit of patience, faith, compassion, humility, and covenant loyalty — fruit that blesses families, strengthens communities, and builds Zion.

And just as the olive tree can be grafted, bringing new branches into the strength of an established root, Christ invites all to come unto Him. No soul is too wild to be reclaimed. No heart is too damaged to be healed. No life is too tangled to be re-ordered and made fruitful again. The miracle of the gospel is not that God tolerates our imperfections, but that He transforms them. He grafts us into His Son, the True Vine. We begin to draw strength, nourishment, identity, and stability from Him until His life becomes our life, and His light becomes our light.

May we allow Christ to work in us with the same patience, commitment, and love that He has shown throughout all generations. May we trust His pruning, embrace His cultivation, and become living witnesses of His redeeming power.

We are olive trees in His vineyard. And in His hands, we can become fruitful forever.

El simbolismo de cómo somos como el olivo

Uno de los símbolos más sagrados en las Escrituras es el olivo. El Señor escogió este árbol de manera intencional. Es resistente, perdurable, y bajo la mano amorosa del Maestro de la viña, se convierte en una fuente de nutrición, sanación y luz. El olivo se convierte en un retrato de nuestra alma. Revela cómo Dios trabaja con Sus hijos, cómo los moldea, cómo se rehúsa a abandonarlos y cómo labora incansablemente por su crecimiento.

En el Libro de Mormón, el olivo llega a ser más que una planta. Se convierte en un espejo que muestra lo que sucede en un alma que elige a Cristo, y lo que sucede en un alma que se aleja de Él.

Cristo, el Maestro de la viña, constantemente nos invita a rendirnos a Su poda, Sus suaves correcciones, Sus invitaciones a arrepentirnos, Su manera de remodelar nuestros deseos. Estos momentos no vienen para quebrarnos, sino para preservarnos. C. S. Lewis escribió una vez, “No somos simplemente criaturas imperfectas que deben ser mejoradas; somos rebeldes que deben deponer las armas.” Esa rendición es la poda. Es el momento en que Dios nos pide entregar los hábitos, temores y pecados que nos hacen crecer como ramas silvestres, para así transformarnos en algo capaz de producir el fruto del cielo.

Hay significado en el hecho de que los olivos tarden años en llegar a ser plenamente productivos. Requieren una poda disciplinada, una cultivación cuidadosa, luz, agua y atención. Del mismo modo, nuestro fruto espiritual no se produce en un instante. Llega por medio de pequeñas decisiones diarias. Estudio silencioso de las Escrituras. Oración ofrecida cuando el corazón se siente seco. Arrepentimiento sincero. Disposición a perdonar. En la alegoría del olivo, las ramas que dieron fruto fueron las que permitieron que el Maestro trabajara. Y las ramas que resistieron se volvieron silvestres y estériles. El mensaje es claro. El cielo está totalmente comprometido con tu transformación. El factor determinante no es la disposición de Dios, sino la tuya. El Todopoderoso respeta tu albedrío tan completamente que lo único capaz de detener un poder infinito de exaltarte es tu decisión de alejarte. Pero en el momento en que giras hacia Él, aunque sea levemente, imperfectamente, con fe temblorosa, Su poder completo corre a tu encuentro. Su obra en ti se acelera. Comienzas a cambiar. Comienzas a dar fruto. Y descubres que el mayor milagro del evangelio no es que Dios pueda transformarte, sino que está decidido a hacerlo, mientras tú se lo permitas.

Lo interesante del olivo es que las ramas más productivas suelen ser las que se cortan deliberadamente. Una rama que nunca se poda se vuelve larga, llena de hojas y aparentemente impresionante, pero produce poco fruto. Una vida sin corrección divina puede parecer cómoda, pero no produce nada eterno. Una vida dispuesta a ser moldeada por Dios puede, en momentos, sentirse expuesta o desafiada, pero se vuelve profundamente arraigada, estable y abundantemente fructífera. Cuando el Señor nos poda mediante pruebas, nos llama al arrepentimiento o redirige nuestro rumbo, no es rechazo. Es inversión. Es Su manera de prepararnos para llevar una fuerza espiritual que de otro modo no podríamos soportar.

                                     

C. S. Lewis lo expresó bellamente: “Imagínate como una casa viviente. Dios entra para reconstruir esa casa… Tú pensaste que ibas a ser convertido en una cabaña decente, pero Él está construyendo un palacio.” La poda es la construcción del palacio. Es Dios moldeándonos en algo mucho más grande de lo que nosotros mismos diseñaríamos. Es Su forma de ayudarnos a producir el fruto de la paciencia, la fe, la compasión, la humildad y la lealtad al convenio, frutos que bendicen familias, fortalecen comunidades y edifican Sion.

Y así como el olivo puede ser injertado, trayendo nuevas ramas hacia la fortaleza de una raíz establecida, Cristo invita a todos a venir a Él. Ningún alma es demasiado silvestre para ser rescatada. Ningún corazón está demasiado dañado para ser sanado. Ninguna vida está demasiado enredada para ser reordenada y hecha fructífera otra vez. El milagro del evangelio no es que Dios tolere nuestras imperfecciones, sino que Él las transforma. Nos injerta en Su Hijo, la Vid Verdadera. Comenzamos a recibir fuerza, nutrición, identidad y estabilidad de Él, hasta que Su vida se vuelve nuestra vida y Su luz se vuelve nuestra luz.

Que permitamos que Cristo obre en nosotros con la misma paciencia, compromiso y amor que ha mostrado a lo largo de todas las generaciones. Que confiemos en Su poda, abracemos Su cultivo y lleguemos a ser testigos vivos de Su poder redentor.

Somos olivos en Su viña. Y en Sus manos, podemos llegar a ser fructíferos para siempre.
